Collectively, our attorneys have more than 200 years of experience advising individuals and families, and that varied experience ensures flexibility in addressing client needs and efficiency in having each matter handled by an HTT&S attorney with the appropriate level of experience.

In addition to assisting clients with estate planning and with estate and trust
administration, we have a robust litigation practice, through which we
represent individual and corporate clients in complex matters. We routinely
appear before the Register of Wills and Orphans’ Courts throughout Pennsylvania, as well as before the Superior Court of Pennsylvania and Supreme Court of Pennsylvania.

We also handle tax disputes before the Pennsylvania Department of Revenue and the Internal Revenue Service.

Nine of our attorneys are Fellows in the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC), which is a peer-elected national organization of lawyers who have demonstrated the highest level of professionalism and contributions to the development of the trust and estate field.

Our attorneys often speak throughout the United States on trust and estate matters, and are frequently asked to serve as expert witnesses on a variety of topics involving estate planning, estate and trust administration, and related tax matters.
